Neal's Woodbrook sells 32

MANATEE COUNTY— Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities sold 32 houses in its newest community, Woodbrook, located just south of Lockwood Ridge Road and Honore Avenue.

The firm broke ground on the 90-acre development in November, selling 12 of its planned 213 homes that month, according to a news release. The company says homes in Woodbrook will range from 1,080 square feet to 2,535 square feet, and are priced from the low 100,000s.

The company also recently announced it has created a title service company, Allegiant Title Professionals, to offer title services to its customers.
