Apartments sell for $4.98M

LARGO — Bryan Dairy Place Apartments, located at 6701 Bryan Dairy Road N., Pinellas Park, recently sold for $4.985 million.

Built in 1986, the multifamily property previously sold for $7.1 million in May 2006. It has 96 apartments, all two-bedroom, two-bathroom units with 925 square feet of rental space.

According to property records, Kansas-based RHV LLC sold the apartments to Bryan Dairy Place Apartments LLC, which is based in Florida. The buyer mortgaged the apartments to EverBank for $3,489,500.
