Couple sentenced for IRS fraud

TAMPA — Former Port Richey mayor Richard Rober and his wife, Averill, have received a six-month prison sentence for conspiring to defraud the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Attorney's office for the Middle District of Florida says.
