First Titan adds subsidiary

BRADENTON — First Titan Corp. (symbol: FTTN) created a new subsidiary for designing custom electronics this week, just days after hiring a new CEO.

First Titan Technical LLC will house the operations for designing and marketing customized electronics accessories for heavy-duty industrial vehicles. The new subsidiary will “provide a solid financial base from which to pursue potentially lucrative new projects around the globe,” a company statement says.

The move is being spearheaded by Robert Federowicz, who joined the company as its chief executive six days ago.
