LAKEWOOD RANCH — The man who helped run Schroeder-Manatee Ranch's residential development company has left SMR.'¨

'¨Milt Flinn, president of SMR's subsidiary, LWR Communities, is no longer employed at SMR. '¨'¨

SMR President Rex Jensen said Flynn's departure was not performance related.
