Scott appoints two from Tampa

Gov. Rick Scott appointed two Tampa businessmen to economic development positions this week. Dwayne Ingram was named chairman of the board of directors for Workforce Florida Inc.; Michael Daigle was appointed to the Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute.

Ingram is executive vice president of airline distribution and IT at Amadeus Americas, a Miami-based transportation technology firm with 8,315 worldwide employees.

Daigle is the director of operations planning for Mosaic Fertilizer LLC, a subsidiary of The Mosaic Co., which generated $9.9 billion in revenues in 2010.
