Insurance firm grows along I-4

ST. PETERSBURG — Stahl & Associates Insurance acquired Herndon & Associates Insurance this week, expanding its network of offices along the I-4 corridor to four.

Stahl is based in St. Petersburg, while Herndon is headquartered in Lakeland. This week's acquisition gives Stahl access to four Florida markets, including Oldsmar and Lake Mary.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Herndon will change its name to Stahl Herndon & Associates, while Stahl will not alter its title.
