Bradenton farmer Claude Melli has filed a development of regional impact proposal for a large-scale development project on his 1,155-acre property in northern Manatee County. The Parrish Lakes DRI calls for a two-phase, mixed-use development on the property less than a mile east of Interstate 75 between Moccasin Wallow Road and Erie Road.
