Coldwell Banker hires 46 more

SARASOTA -- Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate added 46 agents to its Sarasota staff this week. All 46 are coming to the firm from Prudential Palms Realty, which in August announced that it would drastically reduce its size.

It's the second time in four months that Coldwell Banker Sarasota has facilitated a mass exodus for Sarasota Realtors looking to switch agencies. In August, 15 agents left Century 21 Advantage to join Coldwell Banker.

Across the globe, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate employs 90,000 sales associates in 90 countries.
