Neal opens Woodbrook, sells 12

SARASOTA -- Neal Communities opened Woodbrook, a new 213-home community, earlier this month, initiating home sales with 12 closings on Nov. 5.

Located near Lockwood Ridge and Honore Avenue, homes in Woodbrook are priced from the low $100,000s, and range in size from 1,079 to 2,535 square feet, based on four interior models, Neal says.

Phase 1 building will eventually include the construction of 90 properties, and Neal says it has already begun work on Phase 2 of the Woodbrook build-out.
