ConnectWise workers get stock

TAMPA — ConnectWise, a Tampa-based IT firm, distributed $3 million in company stock to its employees this week. The firm has roughly 140 workers on its payroll.

ConnectWise is an employee-owned firm. And according to CEO Arnie Bellini, every employee at ConnectWise owns company shares.

“As an employee-owned company, we ensure that our team remains focused on our partner community,” Bellini says in a prepared statement announcing the latest stock disbursement.

Founded in 1982, ConnectWise creates business operations software for thousands of clients. The privately held company is headquartered at 2803 W. Busch Blvd.
