Plasma-Therm buys Swedish firm

ST. PETERSBURG — Plasma-Therm LLC, a manufacturer with $50 million in annual revenues, acquired a majority stake in Advanced Vacuum, a Swedish firm that makes similar products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
