Tampa's Marbella sells for $2M

TAMPA — Marbella Apartments, a 132-unit complex occupying 116,880 square feet in Tampa, sold for $2.05 million, according to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which brokered the deal.

Neither party identified itself specifically in a release announcing the transaction. The seller is “a Florida-based partnership,” the release says, while the buyer is identified only as a “private investor.”

Built in 1977, Marbella's 132 units are composed of 96 one-bedroom apartments and 36 two-bedroom units. The complex is located at 12406 N. 15th St.
