CompCare adds Pitts to board

TAMPA — Comprehensive Care Corp. (symbol: CHCR) added health-care consultant David Pitts to its board of directors today.

Pitts is chairman and CEO it Pitts Management Associates, which has provided consulting services to health-care companies since 1981. Before joining CompCare's board, Pitts worked with the firm as a consultant, and he has also served as chairman of the company's advisory board.

Headquartered in Tampa, CompCare has been providing behavioral health, substance abuse and employee assistance programs to its clients since 1969. Earnings statements show the firm has earned $21.1 million in revenues in its four most recently concluded quarters.
