PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Periodontist Dr. Javier Gonzalez and his wife Jessica Gonzalez purchased a 2,924-square-foot office building for $832,600.

The price equated to $285 per square foot.

The 27-year-old building sits on a 0.35-acre parcel.

The building houses Sarasota Periodontal Associates, a practice Gonzalez works in with Dr. Lewis Hanan and Dr. Joseph Farris. The Gonzalezes bought the building from Hanan and his wife Sandra.

Gonzalez and Hanan couldn't be reached for comment.

The purchase entity GoBu LLC mortgaged the property to Synovus Bank of Florida for $560,000.
