Colliers International hires brokerage head

Ryan Kratz joined Colliers International as the director of brokerage. He will oversee brokerage services, business development, marketing and strategic planning for the Colliers International offices in Tampa Bay, Clearwater, Southwest Florida and Central Florida.

Kratz was previously assistant vice president for NorthMarq Real Estate Services in Minneapolis. Prior to NorthMarq, Kratz worked at Integra Realty Resource's New York City headquarters, where he assisted Integra's president with strategy, operations and financial analysis.
