Bovis Lend Lease completes Aqualea Resort

Bovis Lend Lease completed construction of the Aqualea Resort and Residences on Clearwater in Clearwater. The 17-story, 906,000-square-foot condo hotel overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The property features 250 condo hotel suites, 18 private residences and 764 parking spaces.

Aqualea contains the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa, a four-star resort managed by Hyatt Resorts that features the Shor American Seafood Grill.

The complex also includes a spa and fitness center, a ballroom, a business center and meeting facilities.
