Plaza Beach Resorts year's best

ST. PETE BEACH — The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce named Plaza Beach Resorts its 2010 Overall Business of the Year. The St. Pete Beach-based company earns revenues through the management of three resort properties: the Plaza Beach Hotel-Beachfront Resort, the Bay Palms Waterfront Resort, and the Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort.

Robert Czyszczon has owned and operated Plaza Beach Resorts since 1998. In 2008, he purchased the 15-unit Bay Palms Waterfront Resort for $1.5 million, roughly three years after it sold for $2.3 million.
