J.L. Wallace completes Esperanza

Fort Myers-based J.L. Wallace Inc. has completed construction of Esperanza Place Apartments, Phase I, an affordable housing development for farm workers in Immokalee. The project included the construction of three two-story, multi-family buildings and site work. This phase of the development offers housing for 47 families. Slocum Platts designed the project.
