PROPERTY: 12330 and 12320 Crystal Commerce Loop, Fort Myers


PRICE: $1.08 million


PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.13 million, June 2004



PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Part-time Fort Myers resident John Schaller purchased two industrial buildings near the intersection of Crystal Drive and Plantation Road for $1.08 million.


The price equated to $42 per square foot.


The property includes a 16,800-square-foot building and a 9,000-square-foot building.


The buyer, who races cars in the Trans-Am Series, will use the smaller building to store his racing vehicles. He plans to lease out the larger manufacturing building.


Kim Hudak of VIP Realty - Commercial represented the seller and Jim McMenamy of Re/Max Realty Group represented the buyer. McMenamy is marketing the larger building.
