Riverchase dermatology practice buys building

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery purchased a 6,612-square-foot office building for $1.07 million.

The price equated to $162 per square foot.

The Naples-based practice plans to use the building as its fifth office location. The company, formerly known as Naples Center for Dermatology, has locations in Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island.

The Ninth Street building will be renovated to accommodate the practice. It's expected to open by early next year.

Dr. Andrew Jaffe founded the practice in 2000. It provides general dermatology, Psoriasis and skin-cancer treatment, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic plastic surgery and aesthetic medical spa services.
