Colliers, FirstService partner

Colliers Arnold has partnered with FirstService PGP Valuation to provide the Gulf Coast with an appraisal service provider, which will be called Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services Central Florida, a release said.

The new valuation team will be led by Jerry Gisclair, a 15-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.

"Just as we have begun our rebrand of FirstService PGP offices across the nation to become Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, we realize just how important Central Florida remains to our regional and national offering," said Ken Harrison, Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services CEO, in a release.
