PLANS, DESCRIPTION: CJL of West Florida LLC purchased the Tuttle Manor Apartments for $1.23 million.

The firm also acquired a $400,000 mortgage on the property held by Sabal Palm Bank and a $842,000 mortgage held by C. John Lynch.

James Pohlman of Mendham, N.J, manages CJL of West Florida. Pohlman couldn't be reached for comment.

The two-story complex, which totals 12,350 square feet, occupies less than an acre, according to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser. The development was originally built in 1971.
