The price equated to $440-per-square-foot of building space.

Urban Atlantic Group is a Miami-based development and construction management company. Calls to the company for comment were not returned.

The building, on U.S. 41 south of 53rd Avenue, was built in 1979. It occupies a .67-acre parcel.<
