SELLER: Jan and Debbie Hasse
PROPERTY: 4535 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota
PRICE: $850,000
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Israel & Israel PA, Fort Lauderdale
PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Veterinarians Donna McWilliams and Mark Downing purchased the 2,626-square-foot Sarasota Animal Hospital building for $850,000. The sales price equated to $324 per square foot of building space.
