PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Sarah Bowie and her parents Christopher and Jane Moore purchased a 10,121-square-foot child care center on a Post Oak Boulevard for $2.63 million. The franchise company Discovery Development bought the 1.35-acre site and developed the childcare facility and playground for the future franchisee Bowie. The center can hold up to 220 children.

The new location is the second Discovery Point Child Development Center to open in Wesley Chapel, behind a location in Seven Oaks.
