Vision Development buys Sun City Wachovia branch


BUYER: Sun City Retail Development LLC (principals: Frank Silverman and Michael Metzger), Orlando


SELLER: Wachovia Mortgage FSB


PROPERTY: 4441 Sun City Center Blvd., Sun City Center


PRICE: $570,000


PREVIOUS PRICE: $600,000, April 1996


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Rogers Towers PA, Jacksonville


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Orlando-based Vision Development and Management purchased a 3,916-square-foot former Wachovia Bank branch off State Road 674 in front of a Winn-Dixie-anchored shopping center for $570,000.


Richard Kingan of Kingan Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. The new owners are planning to hold the property with the goal of leasing it, according to Kingan.


The purchase entity Sun City Retail Development LLC mortgaged the property to Reunion Bank of Florida for $545,000.
