Economic outlook: The Tampa Bay Technology Forum and the Florida Venture Forum will host Peter Seeley, executive director of Alternative Strategies for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the University Club of Tampa, One Tampa City Center, 38th floor, Tampa. Seeley will discuss investment strategies in the current market. Cost is $60 per person in advance and $70 at the door.
