Emerging trends in real estate: The Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida and Pricewaterhouse Coopers will host a meeting on real-estate trends from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Three Oaks Banquet & Conference Center, 20991 Three Oaks Parkway, Estero. The speakers will be Chuck DiRocco, managing director of industry trends and analysis at the Urban Land Institute, and Shawn Poole, regional director at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence.
