SARASOTA — National homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison announced it plans to bring two new communities to Sarasota.
According to a press release, it will open Esplanade at Skye Ranch and Cassia at Skye Ranch in Skye Ranch, a new master-planned community in Sarasota County on Clark Road about three miles east of Interstate-75. Skye Ranch will have multifamily and single-family homes.
“This new development gives homeowners beautifully designed homes in an amazing location near great schools, shopping and the best of Sarasota living,” says Cammie Longenecker, division president, in a statement. “The planned amenities coming to this community set it apart from the rest and provide residents with an exceptional and luxurious lifestyle.”
Taylor Morrison Home Corp. is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. It operates under two brands, Taylor Morrison and Darling Homes.
