Construction manager chosen for eight-story condo project

The eight-story Evolution condominium development in Sarasota will have 20 units.

SARASOTA — Plaza Construction has been selected as the construction manager for the Evolution boutique condominium development at 111 Golden Gate Point in Sarasota.

WB Golden Point LLC is the developer of the condominium. The developer is an affiliate of Europe-based WB Finance, an investment group with experience developing, investing in and owning real estate projects, according to a press release.
