SARASOTA — Pinnacle Community Association Management named Rick Fathauer partner and vice president of finance.
Pinnacle provides management services for small-to medium-sized homeowner and condominium associations in Southwest Florida.
According to a press release, Fathauer is a certified public accountant with 24 years of experience serving a variety of businesses, including condominium and homeowner association markets. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and owns Fathauer Accounting Service.
Fathauer previously served as the manager of the accounting and tax departments for several leading companies in the area, including Alert Protective Services.
“We are thrilled to have Rick join our team at Pinnacle,” says co-founder and owner Jason Hamilton in a statement. “His experience in providing accounting and tax-preparation services tailored to HOAs and condominium associations ensures that our clients will receive the accurate and timely financial statements they need in order to meet the decision making and planning processes of their boards of directors.”
Pinnacle Community Association Management was founded in 2017. It has offices in Sarasota and Osprey.
