Nestle Professional Vitality, a subsidiary of the Swiss conglomerate of the same name, signed a new lease for space in Tampa's Park Tower. The company will now occupy 42,825 square feet in the building, occupying three floors, with a lease valued at $5.5 million, a release said.
The new contract, which gives Nestle Professional Vitality an additional 14,275 square feet of space, essentially added a third floor to the two that the company already occupied.
The company signed its new lease with Sterling American Property Inc., owner of the Tampa Street building. Sterling was represented by Claire Calzon, of Colliers International, in the deal.
