PUNTA GORDA — Raven Air Island Hoppers plans to launch nonstop flights from Punta Gorda Airport to Key West next month.
Raven Air, which recently announced similar service to Key West from Marco Island, will be using a nine-passenger Cessna 402C twin-engine plane from the Charlotte County airport.
Starting Feb. 15, Marco-based Raven Air will offer nonstop flights from Punta Gorda to Key West on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays. The one-way fare is $104, according to a statement from the Punta Gorda Airport.
The company will also offer a counter-to-counter package delivery service. Customers can drop off packages weighing 15 pounds or less and they will be delivered at the counter at destination for $45.
