NAPLES — Plans for a $92 million redevelopment project in Naples are expected to bring 64 independent living apartments to the community.
Vi at Bentley Village, a luxury retirement living community, will house the four new buildings within its 156-acre community. The buildings will feature five floor plans ranging from 2,400 to 4,500 square feet in size.
The apartments will include amenities like a screened-in outdoor living balcony, semi-private elevator, two garage spaces for car parking and one space for golf cart parking. But it all comes at a price.
The starting price for the new apartments is over $2 million and extends to $4 million. The community expects the project to be completed in early 2024.
“This project will continue the renewal of our campus and provide enhanced living options for our current and prospective residents,” says Penny Smith, executive director at Vi at Bentley Village, in a release. “The new buildings will be located toward the northeast corner of our community and offer spectacular views of our golf course and lakes. This is another exciting opportunity for us to show our commitment to excellence in senior living through growth and development.”
The community also is working on a $41 million redevelopment project of its skilled nursing facility and assisted living residences. That project is expected to conclude in 18 months.
Vi at Bentley Village provides more than 12 miles of walking trails, an 18-hole par-3 golf course and a pro shop for community members, according to the press release.
