The new Office Evolution location in Sarasota will have private offices, conference rooms and shared workspace for small- to medium-sized businesses and employees of larger corporations who are working remotely, according to a press release.

The location will be owned and operated by Sarasota residents Jill Langevin and Randy Flaman. The husband-and-wife duo are looking at sites in downtown/central Sarasota and Lakeland, among other areas in the region.

The brand’s first Sarasota location will join two existing locations in the greater Tampa metro area as well as two locations in Jacksonville and a location in Plantation.

“We know that now more than ever, business owners and remote workers are looking for a safe place to work that provides flexibility and convenience,” says Jill Langevin in the statement. “Our Office Evolution location will provide us the opportunity to fill a growing niche of workers looking to convert to a more flexible workspace.”

Office Evolution’s growth has been fueled by the increased demand for flexible, close-to-home coworking office space. A statement says that due to the pandemic, businesses are shifting toward flexible workspace as an alternative to the traditional office.
