A Fort Myers house on the Caloosahatchee River has been listed for sale. The asking price: $13 million.

The 5,400-square-foot house on 0.54-acres is at 12798 Dennis Drive and, according to a search on Realtor.com, one of only three with a Fort Myers address listed at more than $10 million Tuesday.

John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate says in a statement that the two-story house features two waterfront primary suites, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

The grand foyer has 16-foot ceilings and there is a 300-bottle climate-controlled wine gallery, eight-foot pocketing glass walls and European white oak flooring, the firm says.

The kitchen includes floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, a quartz waterfall island, a six-burner Wolf range, Bosch refrigeration, dual Franke sinks and, if you can’t fit all your bottles into the wine gallery, a 100-bottle wine reserve.

Outside, there are more than 4,500 square feet of paver terraces and 3,600 square feet of walkway on the water along with a saltwater infinity pool, an eight-person spa and an outdoor kitchen.

For boaters, there is newly built 600-foot seawall with two 30,000-pound boat lifts, two Jet Ski lifts, dockside electric and water, purified dock water and private beach access.

John R. Wood says construction was completed last year.

According to Lee County records, the property is currently owned by a trust that paid $1.42 million for it in 2021.

As for the other two homes selling in Fort Myers for more than $10 million, one at 14040 Schultz Road is listed at $18 million and one at 1240 Coconut Drive is listed for $13.3 million.

In comparison, south of Fort Myers, in Naples, a Realtor.com search Tuesday for houses priced at $10 million or more brought 126 results. And a search of houses priced at $30 million or more brought 22 results.

Elise and Tom Starr of John R. Wood’s The Starr Team are listing the Dennis Drive house.
