Community developer is confident going into the new year
Even supply shortages couldn't keep Neal Land & Neighborhoods from surpassing its 2021 goals. Expectations are high for 2022.

Sax. The developer reached 368 homes sold by early December, which was 14 homes over their original goal. John Neal says they're already revising their goal for next year with bullish feelings toward the market.
