TAMPA— Darcie Glazer Kassewitz, a co-owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and her husband Joel have listed their 28,893-square-foot home — including a 2,620-square-foot guest-house —for $8.95 million

According to a press release from Coldwell Banker Realty, which is listing the property, the 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom (and three half bathroom) home includes a grand foyer entry, ballroom, executive library, a wine room, elevator, five car garage and, for those cold Tampa nights, 14 fireplaces.

Other features include:

  • A gourmet kitchen with a center island, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area.
  • A master retreat with a living area and bath.
  • Designer lighting, hand-crafted millwork, French doors, Palladium windows and custom marble throughout the home.

In the release, Jennifer Zales, the listing agent, calls the house “a true masterpiece” that offers an “unparalleled luxury lifestyle.”

The house is located 706 Guisando De Avila, which is in the exclusive Avila, a gated country club community. According to Hillsborough County property records, the property was last sold in 2014 for $5.58 million.

Along with being one of the team owners, Glazer Kassewitz is the president of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation and Glazer Vision Foundation, according the Buccaneers’ website, She is the daughter of Malcolm Glazer who bought the team in 1995.

The Wall Street Journal reported earlier this month that she put a waterfront home in Palm Beach that once belonged to her father, and that she bought in 2010, on the market for $55 million.
