TAMPA — Morgan Auto Group managing partner John Marazzi promoted Eric Lewis to fixed operations director at both Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota.

According to a press release, Lewis had been the service manager at Brandon Honda before being transferred to Sun Toyota, where he was appointed service director in February 2016, when Morgan Auto Group first acquired Sun Toyota.

Lewis will divide his time between Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota, with full responsibility for service, parts and collision operations at both stores, the release states.

The promotion of Lewis created other opportunities at both dealerships for additional service promotions. At Brandon Honda, Rachel Christie has been promoted to service manager, reporting to service director Neil Cann, while Ramon Viray has been elevated to the position of parts director. At Sun Toyota, John Lafemina has been promoted to service manager.

“I view our fixed operations leadership teams as the key to building customer loyalty and retention as we continue to expand our regional market share,” Marazzi  states in the release. “These promotions are well deserved and will ensure that we continue to stay laser-focused on delivering the service experience our guests expect and deserve.”
