A member of the Bank of America leadership team in Sarasota and Manatee counties has been named president of Sarasota/Manatee. Consumer Banking Region Executive Jeff Crabtree will take on the role, leading efforts to grow market share in the two counties by building local connections and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

Crabtree succeeds Stephenie Whitfield, who was named president in September 2025 and recently moved to Georgia for another role with Bank of America.

As the head of the market, Crabtree will connect people with the full power of the franchise and drive collaboration across Bank of America’s eight lines of business, according to a statement.

"Jeff's established leadership and experience will ensure we're delivering on our responsible growth strategy to deepen relationships with clients, the community and teammates," Bank of America CEO and chairman of the board Brian Moynihan says in a statement. "Jeff will continue to grow our market share in Sarasota/Manatee, delivering the full breadth of Bank of America's capabilities to help our clients improve their financial lives."
