Longboat Key is moving up in the world of luxury.

The granddaughter of fashion icon Aldo Gucci, Alexandra Gucci Zarini, is opening an AGCF boutique in The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort later this fall, the company announced Thursday.

The store, which the company calls a “purpose-driven luxury accessories house,” marks the second location for the brand Gucci Zarini founded in 2024. The flagship and debut store is on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. “The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, the most luxurious beachfront resort in America, is the ideal home for our second boutique,” AGCF CEO Josef Zarini, who is married to Gucci Zarini, says in the statement.

The St. Regis spot will open in the resort’s lobby, the release states, and “will present AGCF’s full universe of handbags and small leather goods crafted in family-owned workshops, as well as silk scarves, jewelry, and eyewear, in an intimate salon setting.”

The release states that being in a St. Regis is also a homecoming moment for the storied brand: Aldo Gucci, the visionary who transformed his father’s Florentine workshop into a global luxury house, opened a store for the family business at The St. Regis New York in 1960.

“My grandfather understood that the world’s great hotels are where luxury lives,” said Gucci Zarini in the release. “For me, returning to St. Regis is not nostalgia. It is a continuation, with a new purpose at its heart: the protection of children.”

St. Regis General Manager Winfred van Workum says the resort, an $800 million project that opened in 2024, is “delighted to welcome AGCF to The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, offering our guests an exclusive boutique experience. We are proud to welcome Alexandra Gucci Zarini and AGCF to our resort and to celebrate the enduring relationship between the Gucci family and St. Regis. This curated space invites guests to discover beautifully crafted pieces that reflect both artistry and purpose.”
