Southwest Florida construction firm opens Tampa office

National construction management firm DeAngelis Diamond announced Tuesday plans to expand its presence in the Tampa Bay region with the opening of its new office in Tampa. 

Headquartered in Naples, DeAngelis Diamond was founded in 1996 and serves clients across the southeastern and midwestern U.S. The Tampa office, located at 4010 West Boy Scout Blvd. in Suite 325, is the eighth satellite office the company has built, according to a release. Previously, DeAngelis Diamond serviced the Tampa Bay region, one of Florida’s fastest-growing markets, through its Sarasota office.

DeAngelis Diamond has completed more than $450 million in construction in the Tampa Bay region and has $284 million in projects both under construction and scheduled to break ground, the release says. As the firm begins to scale its Tampa operations, it anticipates continued hiring and regional investment to support project growth and local partnerships. 

The 4,330-square-foot office will focus on projects in sectors that align with the region’s rapid population growth and expanding healthcare and business infrastructure, the release says. That includes healthcare, aviation, multifamily, hospitality, senior living and commercial construction projects. 

DeAngelis Diamond has 297 employees and posted $704 million in revenue in 2025, and was No. 3 in the Business Observer's list of the Top 50 largest contractors in the region, published Monday.
