Hours before the first pitch could be thrown for Major League Baseball’s season opener on Thursday, the Tampa Bay Rays announced the presenting sponsor of its new streaming service, Rays.TV along with new details on how to watch or listen to games.

Rays.TV’s new presenting partner will be Union Home Mortgage, which employs one of the team’s new owners, Bill Cosgrove, as CEO. The company, which has previously been announced as the official mortgage partner of both the Rays and the Rowdies, is a “high-growth, full-service retail, wholesale and consumer direct independent mortgage banking company” with branches across the U.S., according to a release.

“Union Home Mortgage is proud to expand our partnership with the Tampa Bay Rays and to serve as the presenting partner of Rays.TV,” Cosgrove says in the release.

Rays.TV first came about after the team terminated its agreement with previous broadcast rights holder FanDuel Sports Network last January, opting instead to move TV production and distribution in house under the MLB umbrella. For the 2026 season, Rays.TV presented by Union Home Mortgage will offer direct-to-consumer streaming of all games with no blackouts in the local market, according to the release.

Those who prefer traditional television viewing will still be able to do so through cable, satellite and internet systems, the announcement says. On the radio, WDAE will continue to broadcast all 162 games but now from a more powerful FM station 95.7 in addition to AM station 620.

Full-season or monthly subscriptions for Rays.TV presented by Union Home Mortgage are on sale at Rays.TV for $99.99 per season or $19.99 monthly, with multiple bundling options available. Rays season members get a 50% discount on a Rays.TV subscription.

In-market Rays.TV subscribers can stream all local Rays broadcasts with no blackouts apart from seven regular season and postseason games that will be broadcast exclusively by national MLB media partners.
