A Pasco County apartment complex with its own pet spa, podcast studio and golf simulator will soon welcome its first tenants.
Gainesville-based The Collier Cos. celebrated its official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday for the Verve Luxury Apartment Homes, at 27745 Chestnut Lake Blvd. in Wesley Chapel.
The luxury apartment complex offers 360 homes divided across six four-story buildings along with 678 parking spaces and 30 private garages. Floor plans in the complex range from $1,596 a month for a 631-square-foot, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment to $2,879 a month for a 1,410-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bath apartment, according to Verve’s website.
“Verve demonstrates our continued commitment to creating exceptional communities that elevate the standard of living while fostering meaningful connection,” Jennifer Clince, president and CEO of Collier Cos., says in a release.
Verve Luxury Apartment Homes are designed to offer residents “a refined living experience centered on comfort, design and modern convenience,” the release says. Each apartment features open layouts with high ceilings, quartz countertops, “chef-inspired” kitchens, luxury vinyl plank flooring and integrated smart home technology.
The complex also boasts a number of unique amenities. Its centerpiece is a “zero-entry” saltwater pool, which means it’s designed with a gentle sloped entrance that mimics a natural beach. The pool is surrounded by resort-style pool cabanas and a poolside pavilion with chef’s island, flat screen TV and grilling stations.
Residents can enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness studio with interactive spin bikes, a professional-grade pickleball court, and a golf and multi-sport simulator. The community also features co-working lounges with an executive conference room, a social lounge with billiards and skee-ball and a dedicated podcast recording studio.
There’s a “pet spa” and two dog parks with designated areas for large and small breeds. That’s alongside more traditional elements like an outdoor children’s playground, climate-controlled storage units, indoor bike storage, charging stations for electric vehicles and private garages available to rent.
Construction on the Verve apartments began in the fourth quarter of 2024. The complex was designed by Cormia Design Group with Kimley-Horn serving as the civil engineer and Beasley & Henley as the interior designer,
Located minutes away from The Shops at Wiregrass, Tampa Premium Outlets and Interstate 75 in a rapidly growing corner of Pasco County, the Verve apartments are a reflection of Collier Companies’ long-term vision to deliver thoughtfully-designed communities in high-growth markets across the Southeast, the release says.
Wesley Chapel’s Verve apartments is the eighth complex to open under Collier Companies’ 2X Initiative, which aims to double the company’s size over the next decade, according to its website. With more than 13,000 apartments under management, Collier develops, owns and manages multifamily properties in Florida and Georgia as it expands across the southeast.
