Wealth management firm relocates in Lakewood Ranch

A Florida-based wealth management firm has relocated its Lakewood Ranch office in part to provide space for events. Global Wealth Management is now at 6952 Professional Parkway E.

The office was “designed with the community in mind,” according to a statement. It includes an event space where the firm can host financial education workshops, lunch-and-learn seminars and client appreciation events.

"Having a dedicated space for educational events has always been a priority,” Andrew Costa, co-founder and managing director of Global Wealth Management, says in a statement. “This office gives us the platform to do that at a higher level, and we're just getting started in Sarasota."

Global Wealth Management, with offices primarily on the east coast of Florida, first established a presence on the state's west coast when it acquired Gulf Coast Financial Planning in Sarasota County in 2025. That firm had more than $150 million in assets under advisement, according to a statement. Its office was located less than 2 miles from the new office, on Town Center Parkway.

"This new office reflects how seriously we take our commitment to West Coast Florida clients," Global Wealth Management co-founder and Managing Director Grant Conness says in a statement. "We wanted a home base that creates meaningful opportunities for our clients to engage with us."

The firm serves individuals and families approaching retirement by providing income, estate planning and retirement strategies.

Global Wealth Management has more than $1.3 billion in assets under advisement. Its other offices are in Fort Lauderdale, where it is headquartered, as well as in Weston, Boynton Beach and Coral Springs.
