$10.25M Naples bayfront penthouse heads to auction

A $10.25 million bayfront penthouse is headed for auction, real estate auction house Concierge Auctions announced. 

The newly built home is nearly 6,000-square-feet and sits atop one of the two buildings that make up the luxury La Perle condo development off Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Built in 2023, the penthouse is within the only newly-built bayfront property in Naples today, the release says. 

Designed to capture panoramic ocean views, living spaces open to an expansive private terrace overlooking Moorings Bay. A chef’s kitchen anchors the home and the primary suite features terrace access and a spa-inspired bath. Three additional guest suites each include en-suite bathrooms and a private study can also be turned into additional sleeping quarters, the release says. 

Additional amenities include four dedicated parking spaces, two private elevators that open directly into the residence, a private boat slip, pool, spa, putting green, firepit, grill area and exclusive beach access through the Moorings Beach Private Park.

At 1820 Gulf Shore Blvd. in the Moorings neighborhood, the penthouse is minutes away from Fifth Avenue South’s acclaimed dining and boutique shopping districts, as well as The Village Shops on Venetian Bay.

The turnkey listing is part of a new division of Concierge Auctions formed by the New York-based company last year to provide developers and financial institutions with a strategic, accelerated sales solution for mid-to-high-rise luxury condominiums, the release says. 

The home is listed in cooperation with Ashley and Steven Fenttiman of the Dawn McKenna Group of Coldwell Banker, the release says. Bidding is scheduled to open April 14 and close April 28 on the firm’s online marketplace, conciergeauctions.com.
