A Winter Park stationery and lifestyle brand known for its hand-painted floral designs is coming to Tampa’s Hyde Park Village.

Rifle Paper Co. announced Monday it has leased a 2,700-square-foot storefront in Hyde Park Village that previously housed Paper Source. At 714 S. Village Circle, between storefronts for Stoney Clover Lane and Pirate Candy Shop, Rifle Paper Co. says it plans to open to the public sometime this fall, although an exact date was not disclosed.

This will be Rifle’s second brick-and-mortar retail location, offering exclusive products that can’t be found elsewhere. Its other storefront is in Winter Park and has operated as the brand’s flagship location since 2010.

Founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Nathan and Anna Bond, Rifle Paper Co. is a stationery, home decor, accessories and gifts brand featuring Anna’s original artwork and “designed to bring beauty to the everyday,” according to a release.

“We’ve been dreaming about a second location for a long time,” Anna says in the release. “When an opportunity arose for us in Tampa, we felt right at home. As a Florida-founded and operated company, it feels natural to continue deepening our roots here, especially in another city we know and love. We’re so excited to be a part of the Hyde Park Village community and hope to serve as a space where customers can find joy and inspiration.

Hyde Park Village is owned by Boston-based WS Development and is currently being redeveloped. Sarasota-based Shack Yoga and Fitness recently announced plans to open a location in a second-floor space that most recently housed Allisongs for Tots.

“We always seek out the best local and independent businesses, and this could not be a more shining example of exactly that,” Samantha David, President of WS Development says in the release.
