A waterfront estate has hit the market in Sarasota for $22 million. The 2.4-acre property features a house with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms in addition to a guest house, tennis court, pool house and four-car garage in the bayfront Indian Beach neighborhood north of Sarasota.
Spanning more than 10,000 square feet, the main house features views of Sarasota Bay from nearly every room, according to a statement. Located at 3315 Bay Shore Road, the compound includes a double-height foyer, owner’s suite with spa-inspired bath and an outdoor shower surrounded by privacy landscaping, according to the listing.
Additional highlights include a wood-paneled library, multiple terraces and 240 feet of bay frontage.

The property is owned by Edward D. Klein, according to Sarasota County property records. It sold for $3.2 million in 1993, records show. The house was built in 1987.
The listing agents are Inbal August and Kelly Killoren Bensimon with Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The Indian Beach compound joins another recently listed waterfront residence — this one south of Sarasota at 1310 S. Lake Shore Drive, on the market for $26.4 million — as the two existing homes currently listed above $20 million in Sarasota County, according to Realtor.com. The site shows a home in the pre-construction phase on Lido Key is on the market for $25 million.
At the end of July 2025, a home on Longboat Key set a Sarasota County price record when it sold for $30.3 million.
