Port Charlotte industrial portfolio gets nearly $4 million refinancing

The owner of an industrial portfolio in Port Charlotte has refinanced the properties for $3.7 million.

The portfolio spans 56,600 square feet and is at 7410 Sawyer Circle and 24050, 24100 and 24150 Tiseo Blvd. The loans, according to Sarasota-based Largo Capital, allows “the borrower to capitalize on strong asset performance while maintaining conservative leverage.”

The firm declined to name the borrower but according to Charlotte County property records they are owned by Golden Key Properties, an Englewood-based LLC.

According to Largo Capital, the portfolio was approximately 95% leased to a mix of regional and local tenants at closing.

Largo Capital is a commercial real estate financing company founded in 1989 that has done $45 billion in total production, according to its website. It has offices in Miami and Tampa as well as Winter Park and Mount Dora.
